|Recommended: YesGood For The Price — Finding housing this cheap is hard in Morgantown. That being said, you get more than what you pay for. I would not expect an apartment that I am paying under 400 to be this nice.

|Recommended: YesThe People Make It Special At The Ridge In Morgantown — People rarely stay or leave buildings' or properties', they make decisions to stay or leave because of people and relationships.
I stay in my apartment because my roommate is great. I stay at the Ridge because it is a friendly place. I have always felt safe here. With the new building locks it feels even better. The grounds are clean and the maintenance staff work hard to keep things decent.
I appreciate the office staff--they are responsive and will listen when problems arise.
Recently, our heating went out--the awesome maintenance folks came with heaters and we were fine waiting for the part to arrive to fix the furnace.
No one ever hears thank you enough--so thank you

|Recommended: YesAmazing — With some of the lowest rates in Morgantown as well as how close it is to everything, this has been a great place to live. I lived in Building 5 with two of my friends as roommates and we love our home. Maintenance is always quick to fix issues, our balcony has a great view, and the size of the apartments is great. It is also very modern and easy to add your personal touch too. You can also have pets and not have monthly pet rent which is amazing and unlike many places in Morgantown. The office is very helpful and always does their best in helping residents, me especially. I renewed for another year and plan to stay here for the rest of my time in Morgantown

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments. — Living at The Ridge has been an overall good experience. The sound quality can be iffy sometimes, but I feel that is more due to the fact that I have noisy neighbors. The management does many things to get the residents involved. The experience I've had this far has been great.

|Recommended: YesFor The Price It Is Worth It — The apartment is a nice space and your room is not too big but it works. Rent is super affordable part of the reason why I live here. Staff is super friendly and easy to work with and transportation is avaible to campus in need. Only problem is the walls are kind of thin so you will sometimes hear banging from other apartments. Overall I would recommend to live here

|Recommended: YesDecent Living At Affordable Prices — Affordable rent is the biggest selling point, with all of the amenities just being extras on top. Neighbors can sometimes get loud, but that is an easily remedied issue. Roads can be slick during the winter, living at the bottom of the hill can make it difficult to leave in the early mornings for work
